Cheapest Education System in America

The National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education gives California state a passing grade in affordability in a new analysis of America's college affordability.

Joni Finney, vice president of the Center says that they found no other state that has such public policy in place that even children from the poorest family can afford to attend college consisting low fees with only about an average of $594 annual tuition fee.
