This websites is for Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of business, TAGCB is one of the major colleges of the German Jordanian University; it offers an MBA program with concentrations in international accounting, management, marketing, human resources and quality management. It also offers an MA program in Intellectual Property.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
As a University of Masters Programs, a website forms an important asset. The website would be the students' guide to the programs, their details and any further information they might require about the University. It also promotes the university to all potential students that might be interested in continuing their graduate studies in the University.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The website name reflects the name of the University itself.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
It has its own identity in design. It has its special programs and the College has its own mission "Where the gifted become leaders"
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To keep it and continue developing it.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would develop an electronic educational system that will help all staff members to communicate more efficiently over the website.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes. Our main goal is to keep up with the market demand. The College is still in its initial years and is seen to have higher success over the coming year.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Internet, brochures, through the word of mouth ... etc
