By Interviewer at 03/17/08 14:48

Name of your website?

Chaafi

Your name?

Walid

Please give us a short summary of your website?

It is a website oriented for the Tunisian students and teachers of english where they can find materials related to the national curriculum.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

The lack of online materials in Tunisia as well as my will to build a site that might be a leader in the future :)

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

in Feb 08, first it was simple then i added few sections and a forum.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Easy, according to my surname :)

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Don't know exactly! maybe it is me who is doing everything and that it lacks publicity.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Just to let others profit from the English language and resources.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I don't think of success or money.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I may add more content but not change it for any other thing.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Sure, this is what i am looking forward to.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Just one or two visits a day :) which i not good, isn't it :)

What has been your biggest challenge?

Get 100 visits a day.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Telling friends by calling them or sending emails.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I still don't like the design :)

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Till i die.

What do you like your site be like?

Google or Yahoo!

What is your website address?

Chaafi
